Using the service

You and your guests keep ownership of the photos, messages, and signatures you collect. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content in order to run your event. You are responsible for collecting contributions lawfully and for honouring requests from your guests.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to harass others, or to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
