How it works

From “let’s do this” to a finished book.

Create an event, connect your Google Drive, then share a QR code or set up a kiosk. Guests add photos, messages, and signatures from any browser, with no app and no sign-up. Photos save to your Drive, and afterwards everything becomes a memory book you can browse and export.

Step One

Create your event

Sign up, connect your Google Drive (that is where your full-resolution photos are saved), give your celebration a name and date, and choose what to collect. You can gather up to 500 photos with a paid pass (75 on the free plan), plus unlimited messages and signatures.

Step Two

Invite your guests

Print your event's QR code for tables, signage, or invitations, and stand a tablet at the venue as a kiosk. Guests contribute straight from the browser: no downloads, no accounts.

Step Three

Keep the memories

Watch contributions arrive in your dashboard, approve them if you have chosen moderation, then browse the finished memory book and export it to print as a keepsake.

QR code or kiosk?

Use whichever suits your day, or both together.

  • QR code lets every guest contribute from their own phone, in their own time. Perfect for table cards and invitations.
  • Kiosk turns a tablet into a shared station with big buttons and a camera, resetting itself after each guest so the next person can step right up.

“The QR code on every table, a tablet by the cake. The book fills itself.”
